Mark L. Mendes holds a Massachusetts construction supervisor license and is a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster and will be your point of contact. Start the process with a detailed complementary survey of your property. We are fully registered and insured.

Our History

In 2016 FPS was formed to address a specific niche of property management catering to fiduciaries such as Trustees, Conservators and Estate Representatives. Mark’s knowledge of the fiduciary role and responsibilities was acquired by assisting lawyers and fiduciaries with properties under their care. In 2022 Mark decided to broaden the FPS client base by offering its “fiduciary” standard of services to property owners in general.

About the Owner

Mark has decades of experience in the building trades. He is a highly skilled builder, and since 1990 he has worked in the property loss insurance field as a Public Insurance Adjuster representing home and business owners. His vigilance for the protection of properties comes from many years of experience as a Public Insurance Adjuster and uniquely qualifies him for property management and loss prevention.

Mark grew up in Denver Colorado, where he first started building, and graduated from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts. Mark resides in North Falmouth in a Historic 1830s mixed-use building that he has renovated over the last five years. Mark and Cynthia share six children and a golden retriever named Sam.
