“I had the unfortunate event of having someone drive a car into my commercial condo property at a local shopping plaza in Poccasst . Thankfully, no one was injured. Dealing with the insurance company was frustrating and exhausting. “We would like to offer our sincere appreciation for the excellent job Mark Mendes did on helping us obtain a settlement for property damage to our home on Cape Cod. Following an accident where an erratic driver plowed into our front yard, first hitting a one hundred year old maple tree, then destroying multiple sections of our custom made cedar fence, along with our rose garden, privet hedge and portion of our front lawn, we connected with Mark to negotiate with the drivers’ insurance company on our behalf.

“I hired Mark Mendes of Fiduciary Property Services to clean out the gutters on my home in Centerville.   He was responsive and arrived on the agreed-upon date and time.  Mark cleaned the gutters efficiently and removed the debris.   His price was very fair and in fact, was considerably less than some of the other quotes I received.  Mark explained the benefits of gutter shields and offered to come back at a different time to explain the cost and benefits if I was interested.  I felt no pressure to accept this offer and I did make an appointment to discuss the possibility of gutter shields at a different time.  However, I was very impressed that Mark also took the time, while he was working on the gutters, to inspect my roof and chimney.  He discovered a problem with my chimney and took pictures and explained it to me.  He also recommended several chimney companies that I could obtain quotes from when I was ready to address the situation.  I would never have known there was a problem until it became a much bigger issue without this information.
