“I had the unfortunate event of having someone drive a car into my commercial condo property at a local shopping plaza in Poccasst . Thankfully, no one was injured. Dealing with the insurance company was frustrating and exhausting. Communication was horrible, borderline non existent, when I was able to make contact (through email) they spoke in terms that I did not understand. I truly felt defeated and at a loss.
