Public Insurance Adjuster Services
A Public Insurance Adjuster represents the property owner in making a claim for property loss or damage against the insuring company. Our representation includes:
- Securing the building and coordinating with loss mitigation companies.
- Assistance with temporary lodging.
- Policy review and analysis of potential coverage.
- Preparation of a detailed building and content estimate including floor plans.
- Review restoration and repair estimates.
- Meet with and negotiate with insurance company representatives to establish the scope of damages and reach an equitable settlement.
